The staff have all the necessary skills, speak several languages, and can give you practical guidance with your computer, showing you step-by-step what to do, which sections to access and where to click, thanks to a remote, real-time connection

Visit the on-site desk at the Court (inside or outside), which can support you thanks to staff with expertise in all matters related to judicial auctions and participation in online sales.
The opening hours and location of the desk are indicated on the relevant court website, in online listings, and in newspapers dedicated to judicial auctions.
The desk features everything you need: a PC, internet connection, and printer complete with scanner and photocopier.
- With detailed information on sales: to identify the property you are interested in, contact the custodian to visit properties and participate in auctions.
- With real estate appraisals: by issuing copies of appraisals of the real estate for sale.
- With mortgages: indicating which credit institutions offer mortgages.
- With property visits: showing you how to request visits via the Public Auction Portal (PAP).
- With participating in auctions: explaining how to participate, indicating the necessary documentation, and supporting you with the payment of bid bonds.
- With IT support: help for those unfamiliar with online procedures.
- With digital signatures and certified electronic mail: issuing the devices necessary for placing online bids.
- With online bids: by assisting you in the preparation of bids via the Ministry’s “Online bid” form.
- With the handbook: indicating the documentation you must attach in the case of an online or paper-based bid.
