What is a real estate sale?

With a real estate sale, there is a transfer of ownership of a property (such as a house, flat or plot of land) from a seller to a buyer. Public real estate sales are those sales which are held online and are managed through the Italian Ministry of Justice's Public Auction Portal (PAP), with which Astalegale and SpazioAste are connected.

How to request the return of your bid bond

If you did not receive participation credentials after sending an online bid, you can request the return of your bid bond payment by following the instructions and filling out the form found on this page.
