Online Sale Declaration (Art. 10 of Italian Ministerial Decree 32/2015)

As an authorised manager of online sales, SpazioAste, through Astalegale, may issue the declaration provided for under article 10, para. 2 of Italian Ministerial Decree 32/2015.

Submit the request as follows:

2. attach the mandate for the appointment of the manager.

Art. 10, para. 2: the legal representative for the manager of the online sale, or an agent for him/her, signs a declaration stating that the manager has no conflict of interests with the procedure. The declaration is brought to the attention of the judge at the time of accepting the assignment.
