Considerations when booking an auction room

As a professional, you can rely on a technical support service with the necessary equipment and dedicated staff at every stage of the sale. In fact, thanks to Astalegale (of which we are a part), we can set up an auction room at the facilities of the relevant Professional Association or Courthouse, observing any specific requirements.

Technical equipment and dedicated assistance for auction rooms

• two internet lines (fibre optic, if available) or ADSL lines from different operators, with connection and stability verified;

• a screen of at least 50 inches, on which it will be possible to view sales operations in real time;
• support for use of the platform in all sales operations, regardless of the type of auction (synchronous, mixed synchronous, asynchronous);
• direct assistance for professionals with every sale and with the management of mixed synchronous auctions; simultaneous management of those physically present and of online users;

Control panels and monitors

Thanks to Astalegale's support, the President, Judges and Clerks of the Court can monitor auction room bookings, as well as the expected turnout of users and professionals involved.

In addition, a digital panel makes it possible to update real estate sales to be held in the room, indicating the day and time, where the room is located, the magistrate or auctioneer, and additional notes.

The monitors will also provide general information on the offices, how to find information, the calendar of hearings, circular communications and the main local and regional legal news.

The monitors can be placed at the entrance to the courthouse, or another highly visible area. 
The contents and the order in which the different information is displayed can be organised and updated via a back-office platform.

How to book an auction room online

Through our SpazioAste software, provided by Astalegale, you can book an auction room online using any browser. Access to the software is granted to professionals and to those acting on behalf of a Court.

If you are a professional and want to access your reserved area, you can request credentials via the functions on the Court's website.

Managing the auction calendar

With the SpazioAste software, you can manage your auction calendar in detail, setting days, times, and the sequence and number of auctions that can be scheduled: all in perfect harmony with the court and the professional associations involved.
