How to Activate Online Auctions
To activate an online auction on SpazioAste, you will need to fill in the relevant Court form and send it by email to procedure@astalegale.net or by fax to 039 - 330.98.96 together with all the necessary documents (ordinance/notice of sale, appraisal, floor plan, photos, cadastral data, etc.).

Guaranteeing privacy: how and why
The Italian Data Protection Authority prohibits judicial offices and professionals appointed to the sale of real estate by auction from publishing the personal data of the debtor or of third parties, in order to avoid the possibility of their being identified. Professionals must remove such information from ordinances, notices of sale, appraisals and all other documentation on which such data may be present, as well as taking care to blur any images of persons present in the photos.
In any event, those interested in acquiring the assets may request general information about the debtor and potentially further information through the clerk of the court. For more details, please see the provisions published in Official Gazette No. 47 of 25/02/2008.
